Tibet Travel Permit Update On Oct 18th, 2013

Tibet travel Permit situation remain same as very relax in the past few weeks and no more restrictions, but recently because of heavy snowfall at Mt.Everest Base Camp region, the EBC visit is closed mainly for safety concern, its reopening is yet unknown.
