Tibet Travel Permit is as usual and currently it is issuing for all the tour groups leaving Tibet before 10th Feb, as this is Tibetan New Year is from Feb 16th and if you are planning for Tibet tours after 10th Feb, then we would high recommend you to plan it after April 1st.
