Penpa and Tenor were enthusiastic and welcoming when they first met us at the airport. We were well taken care of as they asked about our health and altitude sickness constantly. They helped with administrative task lick tickets and hotels check-ins. They have good chemistry working together as they told history of Tibet and their culture. These reflects the levels of their knowledge about Tibet and it was well shared. They also celebrated one of our friend’s birthday on his own accord and shared us Tibetan music which was a surprise. The camping trip was made rather comfortable with Penpa and Tenor working hard to wash, cook, pitch tents and entertain us next to the picturesque Yamdrok Lake . All in all a wonderful trip in Tibet.
