The Tibet Tour was absolutely wonderful! The reason for this was the excellent guidance by Rooney (Tsering Dhondup) and the professional transportation by Damdul. Rooney has a vast knowledge on the history and culture of Tibet and the spiritual and religious aspects of Buddhism. I’m truly grateful that he shared all that with me! Rooney is a very caring person and he was always concerned about my wellbeing. He was flexible and clever for the planning that he discussed with me before each following day / excursion. I could experience authentic, cultural moments each day. Similar to Rooney, Damdul was also helpful and very friendly at all times. We visited all locations according to the plan and all hotels were fine. Next time I will visit Tibet, I would choose ‘Explore Tibet’ again for sure, but only if Rooney is my guide!
