Current Weather Condition in Lhasa

The weather in Tibet has always been a unique task for Tibet travellers, mostly for the altitude and for its dryness and the lack of humidity. As much as there is some beauty and a feeling of being alive to travelling Tibet, it can also be a bit rough about the weather conditions.

But recently, the weather conditions in Tibet has taken a turn to raining untimely (a lot) and very few days with clear and sunny sky. June and July are usually the hottest months of the year, but this year, the rain has another plans for Tibet’s weather schedule. We are still hoping for a better summer in the coming months, at least a good few weeks during the Shoton festival, which wouldn’t be much of a festival if the rain keeps its pace.
