Tibet travel permit was reopened from April, though the Tibet travel permit application was started from March 23^rd, but until today there is no a clear answer for when a traveler can enter into Tibet, so the Tibet tourism bureau had issued the first Tibet travel permit on March 30^th and travelers can enter into Tibet from April 1^st, then now it is your time to plan your Tibet tours.
